This policy explains what information Stadium Spotter collects when you play and how it's used. Stadium Spotter has no accounts or sign-ups.

Your game progress

Your guesses, scores, and streak are saved in your own browser's storage on your device. They aren't sent to us. Clearing your browser data erases them.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. We use them only to read and reply to your message. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify.

Services that load content on this site

To show the game, your browser loads content from these services, which can see your IP address and basic browser information as part of normal web traffic:

• Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Map tiles come from a third-party map provider.
• Supabase stores and delivers the stadium photos and game data. The photos originally come from Wikimedia Commons.
• Google Fonts and unpkg provide fonts and the map software.

Advertising

We may show ads from third-party vendors, including Google. These vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings, and from many other vendors at aboutads.info. Visitors in Europe, the UK, and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Children

Stadium Spotter is meant for a general audience and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
